FAQ

Do you only recruit women and non-binaries?

Yes. 100% of our candidate base are females and non-binary individuals.

What does recruitment cost?

There are a variety of factors that affect the price of recruitment. Depending on what role you are to recruit for, how many candidates you want, how many years of experience you require and how much of the process you want us to take, the price varies. Step one in our recruitment process is to listen to your needs. Contact us and we will find a solution that suits your company.

Is it legal to have a recruitment company that only recruits women?

Yes! The Discrimination Act prohibits discrimination that is related to gender is in principle equal for all grounds of discrimination, but with a few exceptions in certain areas of society. For example, it is permissible to treat people of different genders differently if it is part of a planned work to promote gender equality, which We Exist's work includes.

Can you help with more than just recruitment?

Absolutely! We offer our customers a complete solution when it comes to attracting, recruiting and keeping women in their teams. Among other things, we offer a so-called reality check, which is an inventory of the company by looking at concrete figures and measuring data on the gender distribution in the company. We also help to write a gender equality policy, create ads, have workshops with your team and coach and train managers and leaders in inclusive leadership. Do you want to know more about our services? Contact us and we will be happy to tell you more.

Can you help me with advertising and creating job ads?

Yes, you can count on us! We help you both with the production of the requirements profile and also create the ad. Of course, we can also only do the ad! But since the requirements profile and the words you choose can be decisive in whether your ad will attract women, we are happy to be a sounding board from the start and help you avoid the most common pitfalls. Ads that attract females are also often favourited even among men, so the chance of finding good candidates increases to the maximum!

I care about my team and would like to be coached on how to become a more inclusive leader, can you help me with that?

We are happy to help with that! Maintaining an equal team and ensuring that female employees want to stay and feel included requires work and commitment. We coach managers and leaders in this through both intensive leadership training but also continuous follow-ups and feedback meetings for a longer period. Contact us to know more!

Do you say YES to all companies that want to work with you?

We work with many companies but are far from everyone who contacts us. We say NO to companies that only want to quota a female employee to their team and believe that it will solve the whole gender equality issue at the company. We care for our queens and therefore only work with companies that are willing to be 100% committed and to actively work with the gender equality issue on a long-term level. Before we recruit one or more of our queens to your company, it is important to us that we have first ensured that you are willing to invest time and commitment in this and that you meet our list of requirements.

What is a discrimination policy and can you help me create one for my company?

A discrimination policy is something that all companies should have. One of the seven grounds of discrimination is gender and is therefore covered by the discrimination policy. In the discrimination policy that we develop together with you, we place extra emphasis on gender equality and inclusion and develop an action plan for you.

Do I have to have a discrimination policy?

According to Swedish law, all companies with more than 25 employees must have a discrimination policy and it includes equality. We choose to talk about it as a gender equality policy because that is the focus of We Exist.

We would like to book We Exist for a lecture or an event, is that possible?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to talk about gender equality and the positive effects it can have for companies and organisations. Get in touch and we will see what exactly you are interested in.
